The Madison Historical Society's members play an integral role in the continuing stewardship of the Allis-Bushnell House, Lee's Academy, and the Smallpox Cemetery.

All of our members are invited to participate in our education programs, use our library, visit our exhibitions, and enjoy our seasonal events and celebrations. While volunteerism is not required for membership, many members do volunteer to provide staff support, assist with research or publicity, or help maintain our properties. Volunteer Opportunities
